HealthRhythms at Mid-South Music Therapy
HealthRhythms is a recreational group drumming program. The foundation of our drumming program is the evidence-based HealthRHYTHMS Group Empowerment Drumming Protocol. Scientific research has demonstrated that as a wellness strategy HealthRHYTHMS can create positive changes in the immune system, reduce burn-out and improve mood states.
